With more than 15 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, I have built, scaled, and transformed platforms serving millions of customers across fintech, banking, lending, collections, and digital products. My career has taken me from hands-on software engineering to senior leadership roles, combining deep technical expertise with organizational and product strategy.
I have led engineering organizations of more than 35 professionals, managed critical financial systems responsible for billions in transactions, and helped build some of the most innovative financial technology platforms in Latin America. Throughout my career, I have worked across backend engineering, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, platform architecture, data systems, and engineering management.
My experience spans startups, scale-ups, and large international organizations, with projects across financial services, AI, developer platforms, education, travel, marketplaces, and enterprise software. I focus on solving complex problems, building resilient systems, and creating environments where talented people can do their best work.
